| Students deputation of BGSBU, NC activists call on minister | | |

JAMMU, June 13: To apprise the education minister Abdul Gani Malik about the ongoing agitation by the students of BGSBU a deputation of the university students along with the activists of National Conference students union called on him. The deputation led by Yasser F. Khan apprised the minister about the hardships being face by the student and callous and dictatorial attitude of the university administration towards the students. They also apprised the minister that the university administration harassed the students with the help of the police and were lathi charged by the police and even tear gas shell were also fired upon them. The NCSU condemn the brutal act of lathi charge by the police on the agitating students including girls students and warned the university administration not to harassed the students and accept their genuine demands as soon as possible otherwise the NCSU will also joined the students of BGSBU for their cause. Others who presents on the occasion were Imran Khan, Supriya Sharma, Gunjan Sharma, Riaz Choudhary.
