Pak eager to move peace talks forward: Mush
10/18/2006 10:55:12 PM

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf wants the composite dialogue with India to move forward, though he reiterated that no solution would be evolved against the will of Kashmiri people.

He indicated that the entire composite dialogue process would be reviewed at the foreign secretaries meeting of Pakistan and India next month, a media report said on Wednesday.

Sources said the political situation in Pakistani Kashmir was also discussed at this high-level meeting in Rawalpindi on Tuesday.

The President of Pakistani-administered Kashmir Raja Zulqarnain and senior officials were also present at the meeting.

Discussing matters related to the reconstruction and rehabilitation of quake victims in Pakistani Kashmir, Musharraf announced that shelters would be provided to the quake victims ahead of the winter season.
