| Govt has declared war on people: Mehbooba | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, June 20: Condemning the "dance of death" on the streets of Kashmir which claimed three more innocent victims today, Peoples Democratic Party president Mehbooba Mufti has said it seemed the state has declared a war on its own people.
In a statement issued here today Mehbooba alleged, "Young children falling to indiscriminate shooting by state forces cannot be explained by anything except deliberate intention to kill them and do so without a reason, under a plan. She said the sustained campaign to kill innocent youngsters not only adds to long list of personal tragedies but also exposes criminal attitude of the government in executing the systematic plan."
