Consequent upon the constitution of flying squads for four zones by the Deputy Commissioner Jammu to check monitor the markets functioning in view of forthcoming festivals i.e Diwali and Id with regard to quality and price control under Essential Commodities Act, the flying squads so constituted made a surprise check of the various markets and establishments within Municipal limits of Jammu.
