| Union Secy visits Kulgam tribal areas | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Budgam, June 23: Union Secretary for Tribal Affairs, Mr. G.B. Mukherjee visited several scheduled tribe villages including Kutamarg, Dagdran and Tangmarg along with district administration, Kulgam on Tuesday. The District Development Commissioner, Kulgam apprised the Union Secretary about the problems being faced by these people. The Secretary had a first hand look at economic condition of Gujjar and Bakerwal communities. Later, several deputations met the Union Secretary and submitted a charter of demands for speedy redressal of their grievances.
