| NSF ridicules JU authorities, alleges mismanagement | | | Early Times Report Jammu, June 23: National Secular Forum (NSF) President Vikas Sharma said that according to the application filed by him under RTI Act to University of Jammu regarding results. Report came with mentioning that no results shall be declared later than 6 weeks of respective dates of termination of an examination. But it is totally contradicting to result of part 3rd recently declared by University of Jammu. Sharma claimed that authority of Jammu University is just playing games with Jammuties and life of student because result contains only 56% which is less than 13% to last year's result. The authority is only doing such a barbaric work to earn some fame by declaring the results immaturely, and probably in hurry they have failed students in a good number. "If University authority is saying that they have adopt new technique to evaluate the result then we are also challenging Vice Chancellor, Controller of Examination of Jammu University to adopt the same technique to evaluate results of 1st and 2nd year within a period of a week" asked Sharma. "We are challenging to authority to evaluate and adopt the technique to produce the results of various post graduate results and re-evaluation which has been pending since four months. On the other hand post graduate courses the strength in very less to college students" he informed and condemned University authority and Vice Chancellor for hiking the admission fees. Vikas said that university is practicing wrong management and investing large sum of money. Stating the recent cancellation of entrance exams in University, Sharma said that huge sum of money was wasted for advertisement through various media agencies.
