JAMMU, June 30: A warm send off was accorded to Dr. V.X Gupta, chief executive officer, live stock development board on attaining the age of superannuation here today. At the farewell party held Belicharna officers and officials of the deptt, re-called the qualities of Dr. V.K. Gupta and describe him excellent officer able administer and kind college. Dr. Gupta retired after reducing the 35 years of service.
