JAMMU, July 8: Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jammu, G K Pandita in a contempt petition filed by Parveen Kapahi against Shambu Nath Sharma, Salim Khan, Ahsan Mirza, J&K Cricket Association and Shashank Manohar, President, BCCI to appear in the Court in person or through counsel on July 16, 2010. According to the contempt petition in which it has been submitted that non-applicants committed the violation of the order dated April 17, 2010 passed in the civil suit tiled Sandeep Singh & Ors Vs JKCA & Ors.
