| HM hideout busted, explosives recovered | | | early times report
JAMMU, July 10: A large quantity of explosive items was recovered from a Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) hideout busted by police in Thanol forests of Mahore in Reasi today. Police sources said after developing information about a HM hideout in Thanol forests, police carried out searches in the area in the morning. While combing the woods, cops came across a HM hideout in a natural cave, the sources added. Its search led them to the recovery of RDX, two Chinese handgrenades, two HE-36 handgrenades, one wireless set with antenna, four AK magazines with 115 AK rounds, 225 Pika rounds, one pistol magazine, two UBGL rifle grenades, one Nokia mobile set charger, one bag, one radio antenna, one used launcher, one live launcher and 160 pencil cells. The hideout was later smashed by the cops.
