Vision Kashmir discusses issues pertaining with uprooted KP community | | | Early Times Report Jammu, July 14: Sunil fotedar convener 'vision Kashmir' in a executive committee meeting held here today. Said, that the recent incidents in Kashmir Valley has caused dismay among the displaced Kashmiri Pandit (KP) community. He said there can no better solution, than making communities demand of separate enclave with autonomous administrative and political region instead of being scattered and added it is imperative that KP should be given their share on their land of birth the apna ghar, he said. Fotedar on the occasion appealed to various K.P organizations not to politicize and credit the issue of Prime ministers (PM) employment package, resulting confusion among the hapless community. Secretary of the Vision Kashmir Sanjay chowgami said that the present circumstances forces to highlight the issue of neglected and disappointed over aged youth of the uprooted community who in real terms are the worst hit due to the mass exodus. He said after having interactive meeting at different places with the over aged youth, of the community are depressed, disappointing and frustrated who has deep regrets and anguish towards the govt.'s policy of divide and rule with regard to the youth of the displaced community. He said that vision Kashmir will produce complete data of aged youth of the govt. along with the blue print for their rehabilitation measures. Chowgami also lambasted the govt. for the rising prices of essential commodities which has made the survival and substance of the uprooted community very difficult And added govt.of India and the state govt. to further enhance the cash assistance to Rs.70/- per day per soul, so that the community feels relief from increasing market inflation. |
