| 10-day capacity building training programme concludes | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JOURIAN, July 15:10-day capacity building training programme for in-service teachers of Zone Jourian organized by District Institute of Education and Trainings (DIET) Jammu concluded here today.
The training programme, which started on July 6 and concluded today, was conducted at Govt High School Jourian wherein teachers were equipped with modern techniques, pedagogical skills and devices to be adopted for making teaching and learning process, easy and effective. The valedictory function was presided by ZEO Jourian S L Bindroo. The participating teachers expressed their satisfaction over the conduct of the programme and appreciated the role of SSA in organizing the programme. ZEO highlighted the importance and impact of the training programmes in the teaching learning process and advised participants to implement the new pedagogical skills in letter and spirit in classroom.
He also informed a similar ten-day training programme is also being conducted at Govt Middle School Paragwal from July 16 to July 25, wherein nearly 60 teachers would be imparted training.
Others who spoke on the occasion included CRPs Raj Kumar, Shushma Bhata, Shushma Sharma, Surinder Sharma, Head Assistant Thoru Ram Sharma, Tirth Ram and Sham Lal Sharma.
