Jammu, July 15: The Indian Red Cross society (IRCS) opens it units in the degree colleges of Doda and Bhaderwah. While opening of the units on spot 250 students both boys and girls got themselves registered as volunteers by the respective Red Cross in charge of the colleges. As per handout hony.
