| PoK refugees take out peace rally | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 15 : The Jammu and Kashmir Pakistan occupied Kashmiri Refugee Front of 1947, 1965 and 1971 today took out a peaceful rally in which hundreds of people, including women participated.
A rally was organised under the presidentship of rtd Capt. Yudhvir Singh.
Rally started from Jiya Pota Ghat, Akhnoor and passing through the main bazar and finally culminated at sub district magistrate office, Akhnoor. Protesters handed over a memorandum to SDM Ashok Sharma which is addressed to Minister of Relief Revenue Minister. President Yudhvir Singh said that women should implement their demand immediately: Finally settlement of the refugees, land allotment to the scale, reservation in education employment and assembly seats of Jammu and Kashmir which is vacant, LOC scatters to the refugees, ownership of ET land, landless refugees Government provide eight Marla plots to every refugee, three time compensation to the refugee who are distribute in 1947, 1965 and 1971, all revenue record maintain properly with computerized by Government, implement to the recordation of BJP committee report.
Others who spoken in the rally are General Secretary Rash pal Singh Chib, Tehsil President Sham Singh, Ashwani Kumar, Sardar Hari Singh, Madan Choudhary, Choudhary Inder Parkash, Sardar Nirmal Singh, Sindhya Devi and Charanjeet Singh. |
