| JJSF demands establishment of CU | | | early times report
JAMMU, July 21: Jammu Joint Students' Federation (JJSF) today hold a protest demonstration in favour of their demand of establishment of Central university in Jammu.
The protest was led by Nitin Chib (President, GGM Evening College ). Chib said that all over India recently introduced CU have started their session but the political issue with the Jammu CU is still going on. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Partap Singh Jamwal (State Vice President, JJSF) demanded for starting the session in CU of Jammu. He said that starting of session without VC was not possible and demanded appointment of VC as soon as possible so that discrimination with the students of Jammu region must end and they should concentrate upon their studies instead of agitation on the roads.
JJSF warned the politicians of Jammu region that they should wake up and think about the future of the students.
Bhanu Partap Singh (President, Jammu University , JJSF) also spoke on the occasion.
