| Inter-district school cricket from July 28 | | |

JAMMU, July 23: District Udhampur shall be hosting the annual inter-district divisional level under-14 and under-16 cricket tournaments at Mini Stadium and Degree College grounds from July 28.
Organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS), these tournaments were earlier scheduled to be held from July 20 to July 24 at distict Kishtwar. "Due to unprecedented rains, the venue was shifted to Udhampur with change in dates of the competition," an official of the Department told SAN.
Meanwhile, the two-day inter district hockey tournament shall take place at K K Hakhu Stadium, here from July 26. On the same day, boys under-14 and under-16 kabaddi competitions shall take place at Youth Hostel Nagrota, near here. |
