Addressing the media persons state president AJKLTF Bhushan S Verma said as central and state government has already framed guidelines that EGS teachers may work as third teacher for 2 years and become Rehber-e-Taleem Teacher and are eligible to work as permanent teacher after 7 years but in J&K state government promoted them as RET after 5 years.
