| Budha Amarnath Yatra to commence from Aug 12 | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
RAJOURI, July 25 : When Shri Amarnath Yatra is in full swing, Budha Amarnath Yatra is also going to commence from August 12. The arrangements for the same are being finalized.
Addressing Press Conference at Rajouri, Budha Amarnath Yatra Committee Management headed by Rajeev Gupta said that the Yatra will start from Rajouri on August 12 and will conclude on August 30 at Mandi.
Rajeev Gupta said that they are expecting lakhs of Yatries this year on Budha Amarnath Yatra. He said that the Yatra has been popularized and people all over India are excited to visit this area and take the blessing of Budha Amarnath at Mandi. He said that the darshan of Shiv Lingum will start from August 12. "Various religious leaders of the country are also coming on the Yatra besides various NGOs have extended helping hand in the arrangements", he added.
Expressing his satisfaction over the arrangements, Rajeev Gupta said that District Administration is lending helping hand and they have assured full cooperation in making the arrangements. He said that police has also been informed for proper security arrangements and they have also assured help in this regard. He added that Langar arrangements have also been finalized and Yatries will be served Langar at various places from Rajouri to Mandi area in Poonch district.
