In Inline, two skaters, Arjun Gandotra and Devinder Pal Singh were part of the Indian team while Jugraaj Singh, Ankush Gupta and Vinay Bakshi represented Roller hockey team. "Playing in such events gives one exposure and when you are winning medals it helps boost the moral. Winning a bronze at the Asian level is really an achievement, so all the five skaters deserve encouragement back home," president of the J&K Skating Association, G S Khurmi told SAN. Earlier, the boys were selected in the Indian team on the basis of their performance at the national level. The selections were made during series of trials held under the banner of Roller Skating Federation of India. "We have learned a lot out of this competition.
