| Thief nabbed in GMC hospital | | |
JAMMU: A cell phone thief was arrested by police from the Government Medical College hospital here today along with stolen mobile sets. He was identified as Rakesh Kumar alias Bittu, son of Puran Chand, of Rehari Colony.
Police sources said acting on complaints of theft of mobile phone sets from the hospital, cops of Bakshi Nagar police station laid a trap and held Bittu.
His frisking led cops to the recovery of some Nokia mobile phones which he had stolen from the hospital. These belonged to patients and their attendants, the sources added.
