JAMMU, July 26: JPPF, an amalgam of more than 50 organisations representing different walks of life lawyers, students, teachers, retailers, Chamber of Commerce, met public leaders such as MP Chowdhary Lal Singh to impress upon the Central leadership to expedite the commencement of the Central University of Jammu and the appointment of local Vice-Chancellor.
The members of Parliament met the Ministers of Human Resource Development Kapil Sibal. He listened to the members of parliament Ch Lal Singh and assured them of favorable outcome.
