JAMMU, July 28: Ashok Kumar Shan today joined as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Jammu relieving B.L. Bhat, who was transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Srinagar. Earlier, A.K. Shan was on deputation in J&K Special Tribunal as Judicial Member. JNF
