Epson, a world leader in digital imaging, announced the launch of the EPSON Perfection V350 Photo scanner. The new mid-range flatbed scanner features the innovative built-in Automatic Film Loader (AFL), which allows users to easily digitize their personal collection of 35mm negative filmstrips in one easy step.
The EPSON Perfection V350 Photo is a highly versatile scanner that supports film archiving for home and small business users. The AFL resides neatly on the scanner's lid and can be accessed effortlessly by depressing the spring-mounted mechanism. Once opened, it allows users to slide in entire 35mm filmstrips of up to six frames at a time. The film negatives are scanned at high quality 4800dpi optical resolution with a rich 48-bit colour depth. Together with Epson's Easy Photo Fix software which features Digital Dust Correction, Colour Restoration and an all-new Backlight Correction function, old photographs and films can be impeccably restored to their former glory. |
