| Panthers Trade Union reconstituted | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Aug 1:
Chief Patron Panthers Trade Union Prof Bhim Singh has reconstituted the Union.
Daljit Singh has been appointed as Chairman whereas Shakti Gupta shall be the state President and Mulk Raj Bumagi shall be the General Secretary.
Shakti Gupta has also been entrusted with the responsibility of Incharge, organizational matters.
