| PDSF constitute district unit | | |

Peoples Democratic Students Front (PDSF) today constituted its district Unit for Doda district and appointed Asif Baig as its President.
Tafheem Koushar and Kaval Singh have been appointed Vice Presidents, Musarat Ali as General Secretary and Shahid Hussain as Secretary. Kapil Dev Kotwal has been appointed as Organizing Secretary, Nasir Sheikh as Publicity Secretary and Zaheer Abbas Mughal as Office Secretary while Majid Baba will be its Treasurer.
The Unit will also have fourteen other executive members.
While addressing the party activists, Mudasir Nawaz Incharge PDSF stressed upon the student community to follow the policies and programs of PDP.
BSP demands compensation to hailstorm- affected farmers
Jammu Oct-23- Bahujan Samaj Party has demanded adequate compensation to the farmers of Kathua and Jammu whose crops were damaged due to recent hailstorm and heavy rains.
Taking strong exception to the Government’s failure to provide compensation to the affected farmers of Jammu division, Dr Sat Paul Coordinator BSP alleged discriminatory attitude with the farmers of Jammu.
Sat Paul has urged the state government to immediately assess the losses and provide adequate compensation to the affected farmers.
