| Nirmolak appointed Tech delegate for Oceania Boxing Championships | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Aug 4:
Dr Nirmolak Singh, senior Sports Medicine specialist working in Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu has been appointed Technical delegate by International Boxing Association to officiate at Oceania Boxing Championships.
The event is to be held from August 5 at the Australian Institute of Sports (AIS), Canberra in Australia.
Dr Nirmolak, himself is in an international footballer.
He had already been to Olympics, Asian Games, Commonwealth Games and SAF Games.
Dr Singh is also chairman of National Boxing Medical Commission since 1997 and is on the panel of doctors of International Boxing Association, only one from India and one of the four from Asia.
