Jammu, Aug11 : District President Urban, Peoples Democratic Party, R K Bali along with senior leaders Ashok Jogi, Mushtaq Ahmed and Mohd Rouf constituted a 19-member committee of Ward No. 9 Ustad Mohalla, Jammu to assess the miseries of the people of ward, especially regarding water, electricity, ration and sanitation. In order to monitor and keep liaison with the people, Bali nominated Sheikh Wasim as president, Rahul Saberwal as Sr. Vice President, Mohd Anwar Khan and Asif Sheikh as Vice Presidents, Lalit Tickoo as general secretary, Zahid Iqbal, Ishtiaq Hameed and Haider Abbas as secretaries and Imran Elahi as treasurer. He also nominated the executive members who are Shahbaz Khan, Zahid Choudhary, Shahzad Khan, David John, Bahad Mughal, Raza Iqbal, Sheraz Iqbal, Danish Khan, Shagir Ali, Irfan Elahi.
