| IKONS get “Global Technocrat Educationalist Achiever Award” | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Aug 12:IKONS Group of Educational Institutions has been conferred upon with the prestigious “Global Technocrat Educationalist Achiever Award 2009, at the function held at New Delhi.
Chairman IKONS Group of Educational Institutions Kunal Anand received the award on behalf of the institution.
The honour was presented to Kunal Anand by former Union Minister Sunil Shastri for outstanding contribution in the field of Competitive examination coaching to the students of J&K.
The award ceremony was followed by the seminar were Director IKONS Educational Systems Kunal Anand spoke on the topic of “individual achievers and their contribution for the growth of social and economic fiber of the world”.
IKONS Group is providing highly specialized and result oriented coaching for competitive examinations including IIT-JEE, AIEEE, JKCET, AIIIMS, AFMC and BHU. The IKONS IIT-PMT Academy, the division of IKONS Group that manages competitive examinations coaching for the students started its operation in J&K in 2005.
It is worthwhile mentioning here that this is the third prestigious honor conferred upon IKONS Group at the national level. Last year IKONS Group was presented “Bharatiya Shiksha Samman Puruskar 2008” and in year 2007 IKONS won the “International Educational Excellence Award 2007”.
