JAMMU, Aug 12: The eminent Santoor maestro and music composer Abhay Rustum Sopori has been honoured with the prestigious ‘The Best Citizens of India Award-2010’ by the International Publication House in recognition of his outstanding achievements and contribution in the field of music.
