Students Federation demand separate Jammu

JAMMU, Aug 12: Today Jammu Joint Students Federation (JJSF) held a strong protest demonstration in Industrial Training Institute Jammu. The protest was against the central and state govt. for their protection to Kashmir and separatists and anti national people.
The students boycotted their classes under the leadership of Rakesh Sharma (president ITI) and Sunny Sharma. All the students gathered in college ground and launched a huge rally in the college campus. They also raised powerful slogans against the govt.
Addressing to the gathering Partap Singh Jamwal (state vice President JJSF) said that both state and central govt.are responsible for all the anti national activities going by the involvement of anti national parties.
He further said that the Govt. is discriminating Jammu region since past 62 yrs and giving benefit to Kashmir in every field whether economically, socially, educationally, etc.
In reward of this support the people break the law and order of the nation and raise slogans against the nation and cry for Pakistan.
“Govt is encouraging the anti nationals and stone pelters by giving them economic and political package at time when these anti nationals have already disturbed the peaceful atmosphere of not only valley but of whole nation,” Pratap Singh alleged.
He added that both state and central govt. have crossed all the limits of discrimination which are affecting both students and people of Jammu region.
“Students have decided to raise their voice against the discrimination and strongly raise the voice for the demand of separate state in the form of Jammu,” he announced.
JJSF demanded that the govt. should stop the false support to Kashmir and anti nation people, otherwise people of Jammu will continue their demand for separate state.
Other who were present include Sumit Gupta,Sanjay Sharma,Gopal Vikram Singh, Sahil Choudhary, Abhey Sharma, and Tejinder Pal Singh.
