| Bali demands SRTC bus services on Banihal routes | | | JAMMU OCT-24- State Joint Secretary Panthers Trade Union Sewa Singh Bali has demanded provision of State Road Transport Corporation bus services in Ramban-Banihal, Ukhral and Neel Top area.
In a statement, Bali has said that due to over loading, rash driving and running of defective vehicles, the area has become prone to frequent accidents. Shortage of bus service in these areas has caused great inconvenience to the commuters and the matador operators are exploiting the commuters by over charging and over loading.
Bali also urged the need for immediate installation of communication towers as thousands of BSNL mobile connections are non-functional in Pogul Paristan, Neeltop and Ukhral.
