| Milchar Front urges CM to order construction of Chiralla road | | | JAMMU OCT-24-Jammu and Kashmir Milchar Front has appealed the Chief Minister and Minister for Roads and Buildings to consider their long pending demand and order early construction of Chiralla road. The Front in its meeting held under the chairmanship of its General Secretary Kuldeep Kumar has drawn the attention of the government towards their long pending problem and said that work on Chiralla road up to Sunarthawa was started in 1980 and since then only three kilometers up to village Thalala has been completed. The work on the project has been stopped for the reasons best known to the authorities, Kuldeep Kumar said. The meeting has strongly pleaded for immediate execution of work on the road, as it would provide connectively to vast areas of the hilly Doda District apart from improving the socio-economic conditions of the people there. The meeting among others was attended by Kanwarjeet Singh,Anil Singh Charak, Ashok Kumar, Rakesh Singh Charak and Neeraj Singh.
