MHAC, JK Public, DBN win ties in U-19 football | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Aug 20: The MHAC Nagbani School, J K Public School and Dewan Badri Nath (DBN) School won their respective matches to move into the next round of the Inter-School under-19 Football Tournament which went underway at GGM Science College grounds, here under the banner of Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS), here today. In the first match of the day, MHAC Nagbani defeated Hari Singh Higher Secondary School by two goals to nil. Mayank scored both the goals for the winners MHAC Nagbani. The JK Public School won second match outplaying Army School Domana by a solitary goal. The Only goal of the match came through Aditya. In another match, played in the afternoon session, DBN registered a 3-2 win over Border Security Force (BSF) Higher Secondary School. Gautam Mehra contributed two goals to the tally of winners DBN. Today’s matches were officiated by Mahinder Singh, Ajay Kumar, Gagan, Rohit and Kushay Kumar. Earlier, District Youth Services and Sports Officer Jammu, Jai Raj declared open the competition.
