| Asheesh Kotwal appointed Additional Standing Government Counsel | | | EARLY TIMES REPORTER JAMMU | OCT 25 The President of India has engaged Asheesh Singh Kotwal Advocate as Additional Standing Government Counsel for conduction the Central Government Cases ( other than the cases of Income Tax and Railways Departments) and the case filed against Public officers while in the service of the central government before district/ subordinate courts/ consumer forum/ tribunals at Doda, Jammu and Kashmir with immediate effect for a period of three years. Order of this effect have been issued by R.M Sharma, Additional Secretary to the Govt of India, Ministery of Law and Justice department of legal affairs. Kotwal obtained degree of Law from the prestigious Indian Law Society Law College, Pune. He has also done specialized courses in the Corporate Laws, Human Rights and Consumer Protection Laws. He is also the standing counsel for the food Corporation of India.
