| GDC Ramban organizes quiz competition | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 31: Government Degree College, Ramban, organized science quiz competition and seminar on contemporary topic in the subject of physics, chemistry ,botany and zoology. Professor SP Ganie deliberated upon the procedure laid down for the quiz competition. Team A comprising of Abimanue Gupta, Mohd Farooq, Rakesh and Suresh Singh were declared winner where as Shenaz, Sandeep Singh, Rahul Dev Zakir Elahi Naik of team D were declared runners in the programme.
Shenaz, Rakesh and Abimanue secured first, second and third position respectively in the seminar. Professor Kalpana Kesar, Principal of the college, in her address laid stress for developing scientific temper among students so that reasoning be encouraged and logistic approach is upheld. Professor Kalpana Kesar praised the faculty and students present on the occasion for their enthusiasm in conducting such activities along with academic with zeal and zest.
