| KC public school shuttlers win laurels on Distt badminton championship | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 31: The students of KC public school put up a sterling performance during the 25th district Jammu Badminton championship hold at Indoor Complex of M.A Stadium, while school shuttlers wins laurels for the school. Mitakshara Choudhary with her partner won the championship in the Mini girls doubles category. In the mini boys (singles) category, Nalin Pandohi bagged the runners-up position. In the doubles in the same category, Parth Koul along with his partner won the champions. Parth repeated his doubles performance in the sub-junior category too. In the singles sub-junior category, Abhay Mahajan won the championship and finished as runner-up in the juniors (Doubles) category. Our ace shuttler Tanjula Shair bagged the championship in the sub-junior girls (doubles) category and wrapped up her effort with a runners-up position in the singles for the same category. In a special assembly held in the school this morning, the school academic director, Dr.Ram Thakur, felicitated the winners and praised their excellent performance in this district level tournament.
