| Farmers CAMP under integrated scheme held at Jandial | | | Early times Report
Jammu, Sep 1: Department of Agriculture organized a farmers camp under integrated scheme for oil seeds, pulses, oil palm and maize (ISOPOM) at village Jandial Thathi, Zone Bhalwal sub-division Marh here today. The camp was inaugurated by the chief Agricultural Officer Jammu S.R Galibtra. On the occasion farmers were trained and made aware regarding latest package of practices of Kharif crops especially maize by the experts and subject matter specialists. A healthy interaction also took place between experts and the farmers regarding ISOPOM and other related crops and the production recommendations for cultivation of Rabi crops was also discussed and strategies formulated for good crop production. C.L Sharma subject matter specialists CSS also shared his views under CSS schemes.
