| Teacher’s Day celebrated in Reasi school | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Sep 5: . On the occasion of birth Anniversary of former President of India, the Teacher’s Day was celebrated in the premises of Government . High School Kundra, Reasi.
Teacher’s Day is observed on the Birthday of great educationist former President of India, Late. Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, one of the most outstanding teacher, philosopher of his time and staunch supporter of Education.
An impressive function was held in the school premises on account of Teacher’s Day. The students participated in the function. A symposium was held in the school premises in which Asif Hussain, Asha Rani and Rukhsar bagged the first, second, third prize respectively.
In the function, the teachers were also honored by the students. Abdul Ghani, senior master of the school was honored by Head Master and staff of the school for his dedicated work for the school from the last several years. He was adjudged as the best teacher of the School.
