| Art of Living Course at Patnitop | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sep 5:
Art of Living, a humanitarian organisation, founded by Sri Sri Ravi Shanker, is organising a 5 day Advanced Course in Patnitop from September 9 to 12. The Course will be conducted by Gauri Sharda ji, a renowned Art of Living teacher from Panchkula.
The Advanced course features rejuvenating yoga, advance breathing and meditation techniques. This will be the second course in Patnitop, coming after tremendous success of an earlier course there last year. The course is being coordinated by Bharat Phull ji, a local Art of Living teacher.Gauri Shardaji also conducted a knowledge session, which was attended by a large number of Art of Living followers. Besides talking at length about the benefits of the Advance Course, she also answered various queries of the participants. A satsang was later conducted by her, in which the she mesmerised the audience by rendition of beautiful, blissful bhajans. Prabhaji, a local Art of Living teacher, coordinated the satsang.
