| Sohrawardy’s directive to NC block presidents | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
DODA, Sep 5: Khalaid Najeeb Sohrawardy MLC and district President NC Doda in a press statement issued here today said that the office bearers ,block presidents and secretaries of National Conference who were nominated and elected in last organization elections in the district will function at the time of local bodies elections and Panchayat elections , as adhoc body.
Khalid Najeeb said that this step was taken in view of the coming elections of local bodies and Panchayats .He further appealed to workers of the party to work hard for the upliftment of the masses and tour the rural areas for the redressal of the problems of the people .He also asked them to remain vigilant on the prevailing situation in Doda and submit report to District Committee of National Conference.
It is pertinent to mention here that Abdul Quyoom Bhagwan is block President Urban Bhaderwah ,Dr Wali Mohd Khan president rural Bhaderwah ,Ab Hafiz Batt blocal President Bhalla ,Mohd Ashaq Malik president Charrala ,Umer Din block President Chilli ,Haji Nazir Ahmed Sheikh block President Gundoh and Ab Kareem Bharti is Block President Neeli .They will function till next organization elections ,MLC Khalid Najeeb further added.
