KATHUA, Sept 5: Disctrict Congress Committee, Kathua has welcomed the reappointment of Sonia Gandhi as Indian National Congress (INC).
Congress activists led by Ajat Shatru Sharma Advocate, NSUI State Senior Vice President celebrated Sonia Gandhi’s election as President of Indian National Congress for the fourth consecutive term.
On the occasion, the Congress activists distributed sweets and dancing on the tune of beating drums. While addressing the gathering Sharma said that the unopposed election of Sonia Gandhi fourth time proved that the Congress workers throughout the country have full faith in her leadership.
He hoped that under her able leadership, the Congress party will get absolute majority in the next general elections.
