| FIR Lodged against PDP Leader | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KISHTWAR , Sept. 5:- After the protest of College students at Kishtwar, over college land encroachment and misbehave with college principal and his staff members by some locals residing near Govt. Degre College Premises at Kishtwar. The Principal formally lodged the written complaint with Superintendent of Police Kishtwar. The S.P. directed SHO Police Station Kishtwar to take necessary action, and after going through the contents of application and records placed with it , a preliminary enquiry was conducted , on which FIR No: 188/2010, under section 447, 504, 506 RPC has been registered against the PDP Leader Joginder Mahajan in Police Station Kishtwar. Meanwhile the officials of Revenue Department have been asked by the Assistant Commissioner Revenue ( Collector Land acquisition) to demarcate the college land , and submit the compliance report with in 7 days time , so that the factual position come into the knowledge of college authorities as well as the students and general public .
