| JWAM asks CM to stop advocating autonomy | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sept 6: Jammu West Assembly Movement has president Jammu West Assembly Movement has threatened to observe “Jammu Bandh” if Chief Minister Omar Abdullah did not stop his frequent statements on grant of Autonomy to the State.
Addressing media persons here today, Dimple said that the Chief Minister before making any such statements should take the people of all the three regions into confidence and immediately stop this anti-national campaign of autonomy.
Rather the Chief Minister Omar Abdulla should clear his government’s stand on the implementation of the delimitation commission.
Reacting sharply over the statement of AICC General
Secretary and in charge J&K Prtvi Raj Chavan for no “Rotational Chief
Minister” in the state, he said and alleged that the congress party high command is in frustration and it has totally surrendered the people of Jammu region before the Kashmiri leaders beside Congress party is a divided house as some of its leaders speak of rotational Chief Minister, imposition of governor’s rule and some are against the grant of autonomy to the state. |
