| Teachers’ Day celebrated | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Sep 6:The Teachers’ Day was celebrated with great pump and show at Government Higher Secondary School Gho-Manhasa.
Principal of the School, P.D Sharma was the Chief Guest on the occasion while teachers and staff of the school were also present. A debate competition on Teachers’ Day was also organized in which students participated and highlighted the importance of the day.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal said, “The teachers are the main and fundamental directors of a nation. They can shape the culture, character and development of the nation by educating its people”.
He asked the students to maintain traditional student-teacher relations and carry forward this glorious legacy to achieve success in their careers and to become proud citizens of this great nation. Sharma said, “We as Teacher fraternity committed to build the nation strong and prosper by imparting moral education”.
