| Organisation for peace, justice framed | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Sep 6: Prominent social activists hailing from different areas of Jammu province in a meeting held under the chairmanship of Deep Singh form a new organization namely “All J&K Movement for Peace & Justice” for a joint struggle against the inferior design of defunct and corrupt political religious and other leaders of the state, who have no visionary approach and are just ingnorant of basic threats to the masses.
Participants expressed that a common and poor citizen of the state is facing lot of basic threats to his/her survival like adulteration in almost all eatables, provision of substandard education and health care due to environmental damage and degradation of precious forests. They termed the sub standard performance level of the TV channels, unlimited use of mobile phones and misuse of internet facilities among the youth as a big threat to their healthy feature. Participants criticize the role of some self centered regional and religious leaders of the state for creating a panicky and insecure atmosphere in the state by exploiting religious and regional sentiments of innocents instead of a meaningful fight against the immediate threats to the survival of mankind in the state.
Kuldeep Kumar Rao, Liyaqat Ali Magrey, G S Charak, O P Rao and Om Raj Bhall were among the prominent who attended the meeting.
