| JK Bank’s human resources base is unmatched: Sudhanshu | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, Sep 7: To rejuvenate confidence among employees of the bank at all levels after the change in leadership, the chairman of the Apex Management Committees of the J&K Bank, Sudhanshu Pandey visited various zonal offices of the bank across the country.
During his visits, he conducted interactive sessions with the zonal heads and their teams at operational levels.
While addressing the employees of the bank, Pandey emphasized that the human resource base that the bank is having today represents the real strength upon which the foundation of this great Institution of the state squarely and solidly rests.
“The success story of the Bank sums up the tales of the personal success and development of the employees,” he said.
“The bank is in a phase of leadership transition, which calls for reiteration and reassurance to all stakeholders of the Bank, that continuity in business performance shall remain the focus of all our joint efforts,” said Pandey while interacting with employees of the bank.
He also described the involvement and emotional attachment to the Bank as unmatched in the corporate world in general and banking industry in particular.
He also reiterated that the State Government will continue to lend its support to the Bank which is a flagship company of the state to ensure its uninterrupted business and management continuity and run the institution on professional lines.
“I fervently hope that the employees of the bank at all levels shall continue to script new stories of success, progress and prosperity and take the Institution to newer heights,” said Pandey.
