| Adbi Kunj holds multilingual literary meet | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 8: On the eve of teacher's day celebration, a multilingual literary organization Adbi Kunj held special literary tributes meet at its literary centre in New Shastri Memorial Higher Secondary School (NSMHSS) Talab Tillo here today.
Meeting was presided over by well-known freedom fighter Com. Muni Lal Puri while noted educationist and poet Dr. Sharda Sahni was chief guest of the meet. Ved Upal conducted proceedings of the meet. In the beginning of the meet, Sham Talib said that special activity was planned to celebrate this special day with the writer poets and teachers. Addressing the meet, Sham Talib also exhorted writer's community to strive hard and work hard for the betterment of future generation on the occasion.
Sham Talib alongwith Dr. Bharat Bhushan Gupta, Com. Jaswant Singh, Muni Lal Puri, Raj Kamal, Ved Upal and Dr. Sharda Sahni, lauded the role of teacher. Sham Talib read out an Urdu write up – Dr. Radha Krishnan and Teacher, Dr. Sharda Sahni – presented a Hindi Paper – Rashtarnirmata-Shikshik, an Urdu write up – Madar-E-Watan-Ki-Faryad was readout by Mr. Muni Lal Puri and K.L. Dewana presented a Hindi article- Sukhi-Pariwar. Meet concluded with vote of thanks by Com. Jaswant Singh.
