HR watch applauds role of J&K police | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 8: Human Rights Watch (HRW) has hailed the commendable performance of Jammu and Kashmir Police during the last 20 years of militancy. Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Human Rights Watch B.L.Kapoor said that J&K Police not only provided security to people of the state but also helped in strengthening bonds of communal harmony among masses. Kapoor also said that police under the overall control of DGP Kuldeep Khoda has done a lot for the welfare of the people. He said that police has vital role in controlling crimes and easing problems being faced by the masses.
