| Nirmal issues notices to five party activists | | | JAMMU | OCT 26
BJP state president Dr.Nirmal Singh has issued notices to five party activists for allegedly trying to create hindrance in the smooth conduct of election to the Jammu East Mandal on October 19.
According to the notice, these persons also misbehaved and manhandled distt. President Shiv Kumar Gupta and former Mandal president Rajesh Gupta in presence of media.
These five party activists namely Murari Lal, Mohan Lal Gupta, Krishan Lal Gupta, Om Prakash Kaku and Rakesh Sharma alias Pinky have been asked to explain within 10 days why disciplinary action under Article XXV of constitution and rules of Bhartiya Janta Party should not be taken against them for their such behaviour.
