| 18 hurt in minibus mishap | | | JAMMU: At least eighteen persons, including a girl student, were wounded in a minibus accident at Shalamar Chowk here today.
The mishap took place at about 12.45 pm when the minibus (JK02RM/0566) was on its way from Parade to Gangyal.
The reason of accident was brake failure, police said.
After the brakes failed, the minibus struck against an electric police, resulting in injuries to at least eighteen persons, including a girl student, police added.
The injured were hospitalized in GMC Hospital. |
