| MLA clarifies his stand | | | Clarifying the reports appearing in sections of press about him, Bharat Bhushan , MLA Raipur Domana, who was accused of attending a NC-Congress' political rally, said that he was trapped.
Stated this in a press conference along with Prof Chaman Lal Gupta He had been invited to attend official function of the inauguration of Power Grid setup in his constituency. All projects executed by the government are to be attended by the concerned MLA in whose constituency the project falls. He said that putting up of Congress and NC flags and banners at the venue of the function was done by the Congress and NC workers without his knowledge.
He further added that on seeing NC and Congress flags on the venue, he wanted to leave the venue but had to stay back as he had to discuss very important aspect of his assembly segment with Chief Minister". He further said that he was in BJP, is in BJP and shall remain in BJP till last breathe as it is the party which has honoured him by giving mandate to contest the election and my identity now lies with the BJP only.
Bhushan said his integrity is firmly glued to Bharatiya Janta Party and any misconception in any regard is baseless. |
